General FAQs
What is Zanoogo?
Zanoogo is a UK-based creative brand that brings original art into everyday life. We transform paintings, digital artwork, and photography into beautifully crafted clothing, homeware, furniture, and accessories, all made to order in the UK.
Every piece begins with genuine artwork and ends as something personal: a silk kimono, velvet throw, framed print, or handmade leather bag. Learn more about Zanoogo’s story.
What kind of products does Zanoogo offer?
Our collections include:
- Home & Furniture – sych as velvet throw, slipper chair, footstools, and lampshades.
- Clothing & Accessories – such as pure silk kimono, and scarf.
- Travel & Lifestyle – such as Nappa leather handbags, makeup bag, laptop slipcase.
- Wall Art – framed and mounted prints featuring Zanoogo’s exclusive artwork.
Every item can be customised with your chosen artwork through our product customiser.
How are Zanoogo products made?
Each item is individually printed and hand-finished to order by specialist UK manufacturers. We use premium materials - from silk twill and plush velvet to sustainably sourced wood and Nappa leather — ensuring every piece feels luxurious and lasts beautifully.
The process typically involves artwork proofing, printing, assembly, quality checks, and sustainable packaging.
How sustainable are Zanoogo’s products?
Sustainability runs through everything we do. Our products are made to order, which means no excess stock or wasted materials. We use water-based inks, recyclable packaging, and favour suppliers who prioritise responsible practices.
Even our shipping boxes are often reused — and proudly so.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Every Zanoogo piece is crafted to order, just for you, so we’re unable to accept returns or cancellations if you change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Each order is protected by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Read our full Returns & Refunds Policy

Art FAQs
Are Zanoogo artworks original?
Yes. All artworks featured on Zanoogo are original and exclusive to us. They come from a combination of independent painters, digital artists, and photographers who collaborate with us to translate their work into physical form.
Every design is licensed exclusively to Zanoogo and cannot be found on other products or marketplaces.
How do you select the artwork featured on Zanoogo?
Every piece begins with a genuine creative process. We select artwork that offers both visual impact and adaptability across materials — something that feels compelling on a canvas yet translates beautifully to silk, velvet, or leather.
Some works come from independent artists whose style aligns with Zanoogo’s aesthetic; others originate from our own paintings or in-house digital compositions. All go through a careful curation process before being approved for use in our collections.
Are all artworks created by the same artist?
No. Zanoogo represents a growing network of creative voices, including painters, photographers, and digital artists, all chosen for their originality and ability to create artwork that lives beautifully across mediums.
Each artist retains authorship of their work, while Zanoogo manages production and presentation, ensuring a consistent standard of quality across every product. Meet our Creative Partners.
How do you adapt original paintings and photos for products?
We treat every artwork with respect. Original paintings are professionally photographed or scanned in ultra-high resolution, allowing us to reproduce the texture, tone, and brushwork with incredible accuracy.
From there, we may crop, reposition, or colour-correct sections of the piece to suit the proportions of each product, and we do this to ensure that composition and visual balance are always maintained. The artist is involved in this process wherever possible.
Can I commission a new artwork or custom adaptation?
Yes. For interior designers or collectors working on bespoke projects, we can sometimes create or adapt artwork to specific colour palettes, dimensions, or moods. This depends on the artist’s availability and the project’s scope.
If you’d like to discuss a custom commission, please get in touch and we’ll explore what’s possible.
How do you ensure artists are credited and protected?
All artists and photographers who collaborate with Zanoogo sign a detailed agreement that protects their intellectual property while allowing us to reproduce their work on multiple products. They retain full copyright, and every use is covered under transparent licensing terms.
We include artist attribution wherever appropriate, whether on the website, in packaging, or within the product itself — ensuring that each creator’s contribution is recognised and respected.
Do you collaborate with artists and photographers?
Yes. We actively seek partnerships with talented artists, photographers, and designers who share our love of art-led design. Our partnership model is transparent, with fair licensing terms and shared visibility across products and marketing.
If you’re interested in working with us, please visit our Creative Partners page to learn more.
Are the artworks limited editions?
Not at this stage. Zanoogo focuses on made-to-order pieces rather than limited runs, so that every customer can select the artwork they connect with most. However, some collections, and particularly framed wall art, may introduce numbered editions in the future.
When that happens, the edition details will be clearly displayed in the product description and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
How is colour managed between screen and print?
Colours can appear brighter on screen than in print, as digital displays use light while physical materials reflect it. To ensure the closest match possible, we use professionally calibrated printers, ICC colour profiles, and premium inks designed for accurate reproduction.
Each artwork is proofed and adjusted for each material type, such as silk, velvet, paper, or leather, to preserve its richness and depth.
Are any of your digital artworks AI-generated?
Some digital artworks incorporate AI tools as part of the creative process, but never as a substitute for artistic direction. AI is used to explore ideas, refine structure, or experiment with composition. The final work is always curated, edited, and finished by a human artist.
We disclose this openly because we believe technology can be a legitimate creative tool when used thoughtfully and transparently. Read our Statement of Authenticity.
Can I buy the original painted artwork?
Not at launch. Zanoogo’s focus is on art-led products and premium prints. However, we expect to make a small number of original pieces available directly from our partnered artists later on.
If you’re interested in acquiring originals, please contact us so we can keep you informed as soon as they become available.
How do I know that Zanoogo’s art is genuine and not copied?
Every piece of art featured on Zanoogo is protected by copyright and covered under our Statement of Authenticity. This confirms that all artworks are original creations, licensed exclusively to Zanoogo or created in-house by our artists.
We never use stock images or third-party patterns, and each design undergoes a visual audit to ensure originality and provenance.

How will my order be packaged?
Every order is carefully packed using recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible. We avoid plastic bubble wrap and use recycled cardboard, paper tape, and compostable fillers for protection.
You may receive your order in a reused box that’s a little imperfect on the outside, but rest assured, the contents inside are pristine. Learn about our eco-friendly packaging.
Who delivers my order?
We use reliable, trackable courier services such as Royal Mail Tracked, DPD, and Parcelforce, depending on the product type and destination. Each shipment is fully insured until it reaches you, and tracking details are sent automatically as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.
We select couriers based on performance and handling quality rather than lowest cost, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a direct tracking link. You can check progress in real time and see estimated delivery windows provided by the courier.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
At present, we only ship within mainland UK. However, we regularly receive enquiries from overseas and can often arrange bespoke international shipments for certain items.
If you’re outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us with your location and the product you’re interested in — we’ll confirm feasibility, costs, and delivery times before you commit.
What if my order hasn’t arrived when expected?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, first check your tracking link as couriers sometimes experience short delays. If the parcel shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please let us know and we’ll follow up directly with the courier.
We’ll always resolve the issue quickly, keeping you informed throughout. Contact our support team.
Can I order multiple items for the same delivery?
Yes. If your items are produced by the same workshop, they’ll ship together where possible. If they come from different production partners, they may arrive separately, but you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
We’ll always notify you in advance if your order is split into multiple shipments to avoid confusion.
Do you charge for delivery?
48 hr tracked UK delivery is included in the product price unless otherwise stated. For large or specialist items (such as furniture), we may apply a small delivery supplement to cover courier handling, but this will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
We never add hidden charges or last-minute fees. See our Shipping & Delivery information.
