What is Zanoogo?

Zanoogo is a UK-based brand that turns original artwork into beautifully made products for your home and life. Every item — from velvet throws and cushions to silk scarves and leather bags — is made to order in the UK using artwork created by our co-founder, Sally, alongside a curated selection of digital designs.

You choose the product. You choose the artwork. We handcraft it and deliver it within 12 days. Learn more about Zanoogo's story.

What kind of products do you offer?

Our range includes:

  • Home & Furniture – velvet throws, cushions, slipper chairs, footstools, pouffe seating, and lampshades.
  • Clothing & Accessories – pure silk kimonos and scarves.
  • Bags & Travel – Nappa leather handbags, makeup bags, and passport covers.
  • Wall Art – original framed canvases, framed and mounted prints.
  • Stationery – hardback notebooks.

Every product is available in a wide selection of original artworks.

How are your products made?

Each item is individually printed and hand-finished by specialist UK manufacturers. We use premium materials — silk twill, plush velvet, sustainably sourced wood, Nappa leather — and every piece goes through artwork proofing, printing, assembly, and quality checks before being carefully packaged.

How sustainable is Zanoogo?

Every product is made to order, so there's no stock or waste. We use water-based inks, recyclable packaging, and work with suppliers who prioritise responsible practices. Even our shipping boxes are often reused — and proudly so.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Because every piece is made individually to your requirement, we can't accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK addresses using tracked, insured courier services. We hope to offer international delivery soon — if you're outside the UK, get in touch and we may be able to arrange something.

How long does delivery take?

Around 12 working days from order to delivery. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your item is dispatched. View our delivery information.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund. Read our returns policy.

Can I request a bespoke product or variation?

Yes, within reason. If you're an interior designer or have a specific concept in mind, we can often adapt sizing, cropping, or artwork to suit your project. Get in touch with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.

Who creates Zanoogo's artwork?

The hand-painted artwork at the heart of Zanoogo is created by Sally Pye (sallypye.com), our co-founder, whose bold abstract paintings inspired the brand. Alongside Sally's originals, we feature a curated selection of digital artwork created in-house across abstract, floral, and pattern styles.

All artwork is exclusive to Zanoogo and cannot be found on other products or platforms.

How do you choose which artwork to feature?

Every piece needs to work visually at full scale and translate well across different materials — what looks striking on canvas also needs to hold up on silk, velvet, or leather. We test each artwork across product types before adding it to the range.

How do you adapt paintings for products?

Sally's original paintings are professionally photographed in ultra-high resolution to capture texture, tone, and brushwork accurately. We may crop, reposition, or colour-correct to suit individual products, but always with the aim of preserving the composition and feel of the original.

Can I commission a custom artwork?

Possibly. If you have a specific colour palette, mood, or concept in mind — particularly for an interior design project — get in touch and we'll discuss what's feasible.

Are any digital artworks AI-generated?

Some digital pieces incorporate AI tools during the creative process, but never as a replacement for artistic direction. AI is used to explore ideas and refine compositions. The final work is always curated and completed by hand.

Can I buy Sally's original paintings?

Yes. A selection of Sally's original hand-painted canvases is available through our art gallery. These are one-of-a-kind pieces. Contact us for availability and pricing.

How is colour managed between screen and print?

Screens emit light; materials absorb it — so colours can look slightly different in person. We use calibrated printers, ICC colour profiles, and premium inks, and adjust each artwork for the specific material it's being printed on.

How do I know the art is genuine?

All artwork is original — either painted by Sally or created in-house. We never use stock imagery. Every piece is protected by copyright and covered under our Statement of Authenticity.

Buying FAQs

 

How do I choose artwork for a product?

Select the product you want, then browse the available artworks. You'll see a preview of your chosen artwork on the product before you buy. Once you're happy, add it to your basket.

Can I use the same artwork across multiple products?

Yes — many people choose a favourite artwork and use it across cushions, throws, wall art, and accessories for a coordinated look.

What happens after I place my order?

Your order goes straight into production. Once it's been made, checked, and packed, you'll receive a dispatch notification with tracking details. The whole process typically takes around 12 working days. See our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

Can I make changes after ordering?

Orders move into production quickly, so changes usually aren't possible once work begins. If you've just placed your order outside working hours, contact us immediately and we'll do what we can.

Will the colours on screen match the final product?

We aim for accuracy, but screen settings vary and different materials absorb ink differently. Subtle differences in tone are possible, but we calibrate carefully to keep them minimal.

What if I'm buying a gift?

You can include a personal message at checkout, which we'll print on a card inside the parcel. Prices are never shown. We can also send directly to the recipient.

Shipping & Delivery FAQs

 

How will my order be packaged?

We use recycled and recyclable materials — cardboard, paper tape, and compostable fillers. The outer box may be reused, but the contents will always be in perfect condition.

Who delivers my order?

We use Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce depending on the product. All shipments are tracked and insured.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated after 24 hours, contact us and we'll chase it.

Is delivery included in the price?

Tracked UK delivery is included unless stated otherwise. For larger items, a small supplement may apply — this is shown clearly at checkout.

Do you work with interior designers?

Yes. Our made-to-order model is well suited to design projects — we can coordinate artworks across products, adapt sizing, and work to specific colour palettes. Everything is handmade in the UK and delivered within 12 days, with no minimum order.

Can I use Zanoogo products in a commercial space?

Yes. Our products work well in hotels, restaurants, and retail environments. For larger projects, contact us to discuss production and any licensing details.

Are you open to creative collaborations?

We're always interested in working with photographers, stylists, and designers on editorial shoots, styled content, or collaborative projects. Get in touch with your idea.
