Zanoogo creates every product to order, based on your chosen artwork and specifications. By placing an order, you confirm you understand that bespoke and personalised products are excluded from standard cancellation rights under UK consumer law (see Section 5).

All Zanoogo products are custom made to order in the UK.
Because each item is created individually to your specifications, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

We make every effort to display product colours and finishes accurately. However, variations may occur due to differences in screen display, materials (for example, silk versus velvet), and the handmade nature of each piece.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders, restrict sales to certain customers or locations, and refuse transactions where fraud is suspected.
6. Orders, Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide complete and accurate billing details when placing an order.
To prevent fraud, we currently only deliver to the billing address associated with your payment method.
We may cancel or refuse any order that appears suspicious, duplicated, or incomplete.
7. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Because each product is handmade to order, typical delivery from order to arrival is within 12 working days, though often sooner.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods, and we are not responsible for courier delays once your parcel has been dispatched.
All deliveries are fully tracked, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order is shipped.
