Every piece we make is designed with intention and crafted with pride. But if something isn’t right, or doesn’t arrive in the condition it should, please let us know. We’ll always do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
A few words on returns
Because all our products are made to order, and featuring artwork you’ve chosen yourself, we can’t accept returns unless the item is genuinely faulty. These aren’t off-the-shelf products that can go back on a shelf. They're made just for you.
That said, if you’re unhappy with something, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll do everything we can to help, and we’ll always treat you with fairness and respect.
