The Design

Craftsmanship

Our wall art is crafted with meticulous attention to both detail and materials. Wooden frames for mounting stretched canvases are hand-made to order. Final outer wooden frames, either box or floating, are also hand-made.

Framed Paper Prints

Printed on 200gsm enhanced matte art paper with rich texture and clarity, each piece is mounted within a solid ash box frame that’s hand-stained and finished with specialist wax to highlight the grain. The box frame’s clean 20mm face and 33mm depth give the artwork a subtle gallery-style presence. Glazing is provided by premium Motheye anti-reflective glass, which creates an almost invisible, “no-glass” finish that allows every detail to shine through.

Framed Canvas Prints

Our 400gsm premium canvas is hand-stretched over a 38mm knotless pine frame with finger-jointed corners for long-lasting stability. The canvas is then set within a floating wooden frame, leaving a slim 5mm space between the edge and the frame to create the illusion that the artwork is suspended within it. The result is a beautifully defined presentation that enhances depth and impact.

Canvas-Only Prints

For a clean, contemporary look, the canvas-only option features the same 400gsm canvas stretched over a handcrafted pine frame with curved edges to prevent impression marks. The image wraps neatly around the sides, arriving ready to hang or to be framed locally if you prefer.

All printing uses advanced giclée technology with water-based and latex inks for vibrant, durable colour reproduction. With proper care and display away from direct sunlight, colours remain true for generations.

General Care

Hang your artwork securely using appropriate wall fixings for the weight and wall type.
Keep artwork away from areas with high humidity or drastic temperature changes, such as bathrooms or near radiators.
Dust surfaces gently with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth or microfibre duster.
Avoid abrasive cloths, glass cleaners, or solvent-based products on any part of the artwork.
When moving, support the frame from both sides to prevent twisting or pressure on the corners.

1. Canvas Prints (Unframed)

Clean gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove light dust.
If necessary, use a barely damp (not wet) lint-free cloth and wipe lightly in one direction. Do not scrub.
Avoid contact with cleaning sprays, moisture, or oils, as this can mark the canvas or weaken the tension.
Avoid pushing or pressing on the canvas surface while cleaning.
Canvas is best displayed in normal indoor conditions. Extended exposure to very bright sunlight may gradually reduce vibrancy over time, as with any printed artwork.

2. Framed Paper Prints with Motheye Glass

The Motheye glaze has anti-reflective and smudge-resistant properties, making it very easy to maintain.
Dust the surface gently with a soft microfibre cloth. Do not use paper towels or rough cloths that could cause fine scratches.
If required, lightly wipe with a barely damp cloth using plain water - no detergents or glass sprays are needed.
The anti-reflective coating repels oil and water, so fingerprints and marks should lift easily without pressure.
Clean the wooden frame with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth, and immediately buff dry.

3. Floating-Framed Canvas

Treat the floating frame and stretched canvas as a single piece - do not attempt to separate them.
Dust both frame and canvas with a dry, soft cloth.
For the frame itself, use a clean, slightly damp cloth if necessary, then dry immediately.
Avoid pushing or pressing on the canvas surface while cleaning.
Keep away from moisture, steam, or oily residues that could affect the timber finish.
