Every Zanoogo product is handmade to order, just for you. From the moment your order is confirmed, we begin the process of printing, crafting, finishing, and preparing your piece for dispatch – all here in the UK.

Made to Order, Delivered with Care
Because each item is made from scratch, the full process from order to delivery typically takes around 12 working days. In most cases, it will arrive sooner, but we prefer to set realistic expectations and avoid overpromising. Your patience helps support a more sustainable, made-to-order approach to shopping.

Please note that during busy periods (like Christmas or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer. We’ll keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays.

Shipping Methods
All orders are sent using tracked delivery services. Depending on the item and size, we use:

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Signed For for smaller items
• Courier services (e.g. Parcelforce, DPD or UPS) for larger pieces

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address
To help prevent fraud and ensure your order arrives safely, we currently only deliver to the billing address associated with your payment method.

We realise this may be less flexible for some customers, but as a small business creating bespoke, high-value items to order, it’s a necessary step to protect both you and us. We appreciate your understanding
