Leather is a natural material and will develop its own character over time. To keep your bag looking its best:

• Wipe clean with care: Use a soft, slightly damp cotton cloth to remove light marks and dust. Avoid soaps, wipes, or harsh cleaners that could dull or soften the printed surface over time.
• Handle thoughtfully: Lotions, hand sanitiser, makeup and even sweat can leave marks, so allow hands to dry fully before handling. Avoid rough or abrasive surfaces that may scratch the print.
• Protect from the elements: Keep away from prolonged heat, sunlight, and heavy rain. If your bag gets wet, shape it gently and let it dry naturally, away from direct heat.
• Condition with caution: Do not use leather creams, waxes, or polishes on the printed panels - these are Monroe Satin and can simpy be wiped clean with a damp cloth. These can affect the protective finish. On the unprinted smooth-leather trims, you may treat those sparingly with a neutral, silicone-free, wax-free conditioner after a successful 24-hour spot test.
• Waterproofing: Leather is naturally water-resistant but not fully waterproof. Avoid waterproof sprays on printed panels. If you wish to treat unprinted trims, use a light fluoropolymer spray and test first.
• Storage: For best long-term results, ideally, when not in use, empty your bag, fasten the zip or clasps, and loosely stuff with tissue or an old towel to help it hold its shape. Store in a breathable dust bag or box, away from direct sunlight.
• Natural ageing: Fine wrinkles, gentle softening, and a more relaxed feel will develop as the leather settles and adapts to use. This isn’t wear, it’s the hallmark of genuine Nappa leather maturing beautifully over time, becoming more supple and comfortable to handle while retaining its strength and character.

Inside you’ll find a spacious faux suede lining with two pockets: one open and one zipped with a silver heart charm pull.

Will the colours of my chosen artwork look exactly like they do on screen?

The colour reproduction art the artwork, especially when printed on leather, is rich, sharp and absolutely stunning. However, digital previews can appear slightly brighter due to the backlit screens used on mobile phones, tablets and computer screens.

Over time, genuine Nappa leather will soften and develop a subtly lived-in character. The colours may mellow slightly, but this natural evolution enhances the depth and richness of the print rather than diminishing it. With sensible care and storage, your bag will age gracefully while retaining its beauty and individuality.
